Hi I’m Giorgio and I love plants! Since I was a child I joyfully helped my uncle Massimo in his flower shop in Milano. Even during my teenage years, any excuse was good enough to visit him, create floral arrangements, deliver plants around the city, and tend to terraces and balconies.

In high school, I studied to become an agricultural technician, and later, I earned a degree in Agricultural Sciences and Technologies from the University of Milan. During my years in Italy, I passionately cared for my large garden, maintaining the lawn, pruning fruit trees, and cultivating a vegetable garden.

Since 2021, I have been living in Switzerland, and I currently reside in Winterthur. Although I now work as a teacher, my passion for plants has never waned and continues to amaze those around me. In my apartment, a massive Pothos and an equally impressive Monstera share the space.

All my friends asks me for advice on how to care for their plants, and when they go on vacation, they ask me if I can take care of their plants.

So, one day while watering friend José’s plants, I was thinking: “There are babysitters, dog sitters, cat sitters… why not become a ‘plant sitter’?” And from that moment, this new adventure began!

I would be glad to take care of your plants too!
